2024 racing is underway
AWS DeepRacer Student helps high school and college-enrolled students around the globe develop their ML skills in a fun, hands-on autonomous racing league. Any student age 16 or older, can leverage 20 hours of ML educational material and 10 hours of monthly model training compute resources for free. Put your new found skills to the test for your chance to win prizes by becoming one of the top racers in the global student league.

AWS AI & ML Scholarship program
Students who are underserved or underrepresented in tech can take advantage of Udacity Nanodegree scholarships, mentorship, and career development opportunities by opting into the AWS AI & ML Scholarship program on AWS DeepRacer Student. Participating students can earn up to two of 2,500 scholarships awarded annually to assist them in pursuing a career in AI & ML.

Q: When does the AWS DeepRacer Student League begin?
The AWS DeepRacer Student League launches March 1, 2024. Students can access 20 hours of free artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) foundational education content, and access to AWS DeepRacer Student. Competitions running monthly within AWS DeepRacer Student until September 30, 2024. The top participants in each monthly race will qualify for the Global AWS DeepRacer Student League Championships in October, 2024. Students can begin racing starting March 1, 2024 to September 30, 2024.

Q: Who can participate in the AWS DeepRacer Student League?
